Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 27 European Union countries. The full list is on our shipping page.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within the European Union costs a flat €9.99 per order. Delivery within Lithuania costs €5.99, and is free for orders of €40 or more.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times for your destination are displayed at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Lithuania. Some items are supplied to order by our brand partners, so dispatch can take a few additional working days. You will receive tracking details by email where available.

How can I return an item?

Email info@nordicsole.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Full details are on our returns page.

How do I choose the correct size?

Sizes are shown in EU sizing. Wool and felt footwear can feel snug at first and typically softens with wear. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering and we will help.

All products offered by Nordic Sole are sourced through legitimate commercial supply channels.
