Terms of service
1. About us. This online store, nordicsole.com, is operated by Gritstock MB, a private limited liability company registered in the Republic of Lithuania (company code 306262845, VAT LT100015792913), Servečės g. 2, LT-02121 Vilnius. "Nordic Sole", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Gritstock MB. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products. Product descriptions, images and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible. Natural materials such as wool, felt and leather may show minor variations in colour and texture; these are characteristics of the material and not defects.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
5. Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where a delivery address cannot be verified; any payment taken will be refunded in full.
6. Delivery. Delivery destinations, rates and estimated times are described in our shipping policy and shown at checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The procedure is described in our refund policy.
8. Legal guarantee. Consumers benefit from the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under EU and Lithuanian law. If an item is faulty, contact us at info@nordicsole.com.
9. Intellectual property. The content of this site, including text, photographs and design, is owned by Gritstock MB or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners.
10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
11. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of their country of residence. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
